Our Services

At Mountain View Therapy Group, we offer thoughtful, evidence-based care for children, teens, adults, couples, and families. Our approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to each client, creating a space where you can feel understood, supported, and empowered in your growth.

Psychoeducational Testing

We offer comprehensive psychoeducational testing to help families better understand how a child or teen learns, processes information, and experiences school. This in-depth evaluation provides clarity around both strengths and areas of need.

Testing can help identify ADHD, learning differences, executive functioning challenges, anxiety, and giftedness. Families receive a clear, detailed report along with practical, actionable recommendations for home and school.

Our goal is to move you from uncertainty to clarity, providing meaningful answers and a path forward you can trust.

Therapy for Children & Teens

We provide therapy for children and teens navigating a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and developmental challenges. Our clinicians take a personalized approach, meeting each child where they are while supporting their unique strengths and needs.

Sessions focus on building coping skills, improving emotional regulation, strengthening self-esteem, and supporting school-related concerns. We also collaborate closely with parents to ensure care extends beyond the therapy room.

Our goal is to help children and teens feel more confident, understood, and equipped to navigate their world.

PCIT & Play Therapy

For younger children, we offer Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) and play therapy, both developmentally appropriate approaches that support emotional and behavioral growth. Through play, children are able to express themselves, process experiences, and build important social and emotional skills.

PCIT includes active parent involvement, providing real-time coaching and practical strategies to strengthen the parent-child relationship and improve behavior at home. Play therapy offers a safe, supportive space for children to explore and express emotions in a natural way.

These approaches help foster connection, build resilience, and create lasting positive change.

Therapy for Families & Parenting Support

Parenting can feel overwhelming, especially when your child is struggling or your family is navigating change. We provide family therapy and parent coaching to help improve communication, reduce conflict, and create more connection within the home.

Our clinicians work collaboratively with parents to better understand their child’s needs and provide practical, supportive strategies that feel realistic and effective. We focus on strengthening relationships while helping families move through challenges together.

Our goal is to support the entire family system so everyone can feel more connected, confident, and supported.

Therapy for Couples

Relationships can be deeply meaningful, and also challenging at times. We offer couples therapy to help partners improve communication, rebuild trust, and strengthen their connection.

Whether you’re navigating ongoing conflict, life transitions, or feeling disconnected, we provide a safe, nonjudgmental space to explore patterns and work toward meaningful change. Our approach helps couples better understand one another and communicate in more effective, intentional ways.

We support couples in reconnecting, growing together, and creating a more secure and fulfilling relationship.

Therapy for Adults

We provide therapy for adults navigating anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, life transitions, and relationship concerns. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or seeking deeper self-understanding, therapy offers a space to pause and reconnect.

Our clinicians take a thoughtful, individualized approach—helping you explore patterns, build coping skills, and process experiences in a way that feels both supportive and meaningful.

Our goal is to help you feel more grounded, gain clarity, and move forward with greater confidence and intention.
